Stock lots are valuable because they are already produced and priced for clearance. They also require a different buying process from a repeatable made-to-order catalogue.
- 01Start with the real lot
Review the current photos, product type, estimated quantity and sales format. Decide whether the lot is relevant before asking for every detail.
- 02Request the right evidence
For a mixed container, ask for the colour overview first. If you need selection, request the roll-by-roll or per-colour quantity record.
- 03Confirm selection and quantity
Tell us whether you want the whole lot or selected colours. We reconfirm the remaining rolls, metres or kilograms in the warehouse.
- 04Choose EXW or FOB
EXW is our main trade term. FOB Ningbo is available when you need export packing, customs and port delivery support.
- 05Finalize before payment
The final quotation confirms the goods, quantity, packing, trade term and loading arrangement for that specific lot.
Three ways quantity evidence may be shown.
Roll-by-roll record
The back of each sample shows the metre length of each warehouse roll. Useful when the buyer selects individual colours.
Per-colour total
Each colour is shown with its total metres or kilograms. Useful when every colour has a larger quantity.

Can every colour be reordered?
Usually no. These are surplus or end-of-line lots, so the offer is limited to the actual warehouse quantity.
Can I choose colours?
Some lots allow colour selection, some are sold only as a whole mixed lot, and some require confirmation after we check the warehouse.
Are website quantities final?
No. Stock changes and roll records may be updated. We reconfirm the quantity before quotation and again before final order confirmation.
Can you quote FOB?
Yes. EXW is the main route, and FOB Ningbo can be arranged when export support is required.
Can I request more photos or video?
Yes. Send the SKU and tell us what detail you need: colour overview, backing, pile, roll labels, warehouse condition or packing.
